You can go to any bank and get a cash advance with driver’s license or state id. They will charge a small fee.

Most banks will do a cash advance or you could even set up a PIN number for your card so you could do it at an ATM. But you should definitely try not to do that too often. The fees are very high for cash advances.

From any ATM if you have a pin number or take the card to any bank and ask for a cash advance. Be aware that cash advances are about 24.99% interest
