Can I get a cash advance using a credit card from a bank other than mine (chase)?

I need to use my Chase credit card to make a cash advance. I called the customer service number and requested a PIN to be able to do this via ATM in the future. Unfortunately, the PIN will not arrive for 7-10 business days and I need the money ASAP. They said that I can get a cash advance at Chase in person. My question is whether or not I would be able to get the cash advance from another bank, still using the Chase credit card.

    i did once. went to my local bank and got cash after providing picture id i should mention i had a checking account at that bank.

    Yes. The money comes from Chase anyway.

    If it says Visa or MC then any bank that does Visa or MC can handle it.

    Really its probably not best and it can be a lot of interest payments. But maybe theres no alternative. Good luck.
